He routinely performs gastrectomies to treat stomach cancer, Distal Pancreatectomies to address pancreatic cancer, Colectomies and Proctectomy surgeries to address colo-rectal cancers. He performs advanced breast cancer surgeries, including lumpectomy, mastectomy, and sentinel lymph node biopsy.

Some of these operations include Robotic Single Incision Cholecystectomy (scarless trans-umbilical gallbladder removal), Laparoscopic Common Bile duct Exploration and stone removal (large patient series with high success rate), and the TAMIS procedure (Transanal Minimally Invasive Surgery) to reduce scarring and blood loss in rectal cancer and polyps. He routinely performs minimally invasive surgeries for colo-rectal diseases (robotic and laparoscopic colectomies), hernias, reflux disease, amongst others.

Dr. Lalezarzadeh combines an array of advanced wound care methods including Hyperbaric medicine, Wound V.A.C. therapy, serial debridement, and allotransplantation. This multi-prong approach uses consecutive treatments, resulting in high success rates for patients with previously untreatable wounds. He has had great success in limb salvage operations to save and avoid amputations.
